Request Remote Support (Enterprise)

A enterprise can request remote support by using the below-explained method to meet the customer’s environment.
Request remote support through the Website of the company
Visit the Website of the company and request remote support.

02. Request remote support by inputting either agent's e-mail ID or one-off Access Code.

[Agent's e-mail ID or Access code] : Input the e-mail ID or one-off access code informed by the agent and click Remote Standby.
[Connection after customer’s consent] : The agent may connect remotely with the customer’s PC after the customer consents.
03. Request remote support by inputting the customer’s basic information
The customer inputs basic information in order to request remote support.
At the request of the company, information input items are customized and provided.

[Company or organization name] : Input the name of a customer or organization.
[Department name] : Input the name of the department to which the customer belongs.
[Customer name] : Input the name of the customer.
[Address] : Input the phone number or email address of the customer.
[Agent] : The customer may select the agent for remote support. However, in case of demo version for a company, input the e-mail ID or one-off Access Code informed by the agent.
[Subject] : Input the subject for counseling.
04. Request remote support through the web page (Sample).

05. Request remote support using the applications being sold by the company.
4uHelp API is provided for connecting to 4uHelp Host with the application being sold by the company.
You can select the agent's ID / Access code input method or customer information input method.
