Application Remote Support Remote support is provided in order to solve customers’ PC troubles and install and check software.
Help desk Operation Remote support is provided through a help desk in relation to the computer-related work of internal/external employees.  
Customer Support Center Operation Customer service is provided remotely through a customer service center.  
API 4uHelp API can be plugged in to your applications in order to remotely support applications provided or sold to the customers.  
Remote Support Remote control The customer’s PC is controlled remotely.
Command /execution window open The command and execution window of a customer's PC is opened.
File manager execution A file manager is executed for sending files between the customer’s PC and the agent’s PC.
Remote command execution (notepad, excel) The applications of the customer’s PC are executed by inputting a remote command.
System locking Lock the customer's PC. (Windows login screen)
Ctrl-Alt-Del Key transmission Transmit Ctrl-Alt-Del Key to the customer's PC.
Remote control window fixed on the top A remote view window connected with the customer’s PC is fixed on the top.
Full screen mode The screen of customer’s PC is changed to full screen.
Scale mode If the resolution of a customer’s PC is higher than that of the agent’s PC, the screen of the customer’s PC is adjusted to meet the viewer PC screen.
Screen quality setting under scale mode In ratio mode, the resolution of the customer’s PC screen is set.
Remote device screen recording The desktop of customer’s PC is recorded remotely.
Remote screen sharing users confirmation The list of agents able to connect with customer’s PC is displayed.
Interactive drawing A magic pen function is provided for cooperation between the customer and agent through two-way drawing.
Remote screen capture & save The desktop of the customer’s PC is saved in the agent’s PC.
Remote screen print The desktop of the customer’s PC is printed.
Automatic scroll If the resolution of the customer’s PC is higher than that of the agent’s PC, so the screen is automatically changed to meet the mouse curser position.
agent’s PC mouse button use The mouse button setting of the agent’s PC is applied to the customer's PC.
customer’s PC cursor display Display the customer’s PC's mouse cursor.
Keyboard & mouse locking The keyboard and mouse of the customer’s PC are locked. The customer can easily release the locked keyboard and mouse by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del keys.
Show/hide toolbar When checking in, a toolbar appears at the top of the remote viewer screen and, when not checked in, the toolbar disappears.
Message notification when connected It is notified through a message window that the agent is offering remote support.
System performance control The system performance is set for a smooth remote support to meet the specifications of the hardware and network of the customer’s PC.
Network performance control The network performance is set to meet the network capacity of the customer’s PC.
CPU usage rate During remote support, CPU occupation is maintained at a low level.
Network width During remote support, network bandwidth is maintained at a low level.
P2P connection support When constructing a relay server, a P2P connection method is used to minimize the traffic burden to the server.  
Remote control port change A specific port is designated as the remote control port to meet the customer’s environment.  
Direct X support Remote support is smoothly provided although Direct X applications still run.
Viedo play The video of customer’s PC is displayed almost in real time.

Reconnection after rebooting Remote support is continuously provided with automatic access after rebooting the customer’s PC.
Reconnection after rebooting under safe mode Remote support is continuously provided with automatic access after rebooting the customer’s PC in safety mode.
Remote screen
recording
Remote screen recording The screen of the customer’s PC is recorded and saved.
Video encode setting For remote recording, video encode is set.
FPS setting The number of frames per second to be sent is set.
Video resolution setting For remote recording, the resolution of the video to be recorded is set.
Automatic connection recovery If remote recording is suspended, the connection automatically recovers.
Recording file save path setting The route to save the recorded files can be set.
Low capacity recording file The small-capacity record file format is applied for recording for a long time.
A common video player can be used. The recorded files are replayed by a common video player.
Chatting &
Sound transmission
Text chat The customer and agent can chat using texts.
Voice chat The customer and agent can chat verbally.
Video chat The customer and agent can do video chatting using a web-cam.
Sound transmission The sound generated by the customer’s PC can be heard.
Session management Session forwarding/Sharing The screen of the customer under counseling can be sent to or shared with another agent to solve technical problems.  
Multiple session The agent may remotely support many customers’ PCs using a multi-session function. When the multi-session function is used, the agent’s PC is maintained at low CPU occupation and network traffic levels.
Multiple session forwarding/Sharing The screen of the customer under counseling may be sent to or shared with other agents at the same time to solve technical problems.  
File transfer File transfer after the customer approval If needed, a file can be transmitted between the agent’s PC and the customer’s PC after receiving the customer's consent.
Transferring file list monitoring The list of whole transmitted files is monitored.
Two-way file transfer The files are transmitted two ways between the agent’s PC and customer's PC.
Folder transfer The corresponding whole folder is transmitted.
File / Folder Delta-copy If transmission of a file/folder is suspended, the transmission is continued by a successive reception method.
Files / folders simultaneous transmission One or many files/folders are transmitted to many customers’ PCs at the same time.
Encryption of all data transmitted All the data are transmitted after encoding.
High compression of all data transmitted All the data are transmitted after high compression.
Remote file execution The file transmitted remotely is executed by the file manager.
Folder add/delete/change A folder is added, deleted, or corrected for the customer’s PC.
File transfer by Drag & Drop in file manager A file is transmitted from the file manager using the Drag & Drop method.
File transfer by Drag & Drop in Windows explorer A file is transmitted from the windows explorer of the agent’s PC to the file manager of the customer’s PC after the Drag & Drop.
Direct file transfer between either screens by Drag & Drop A file is transmitted from the agent’s PC to the remote view window of the customer’s PC by the Drag & Drop.
Ctrl+C & Ctrl+V A file is transmitted from the file administrator after Ctrl+C & Ctrl+V.
Windows explorer UI A file manager is supplied to meet the user’s environment. (Windows Explorer UI)
P2P connection support When constructing a relay server, a P2P connection method is used to minimize the traffic burden to the server.  
File name and extension search File name and extension are easily searched by the file manager.
File transfer port change A specific port is designated as the file transmission port to meet the customer’s environment.  
Customer authorization Agent selection The customer can select the agent for remote support.  
Remote connection after the customer approval If a customer requests remote support from the agent, the remote support can be provided after receiving the customer's consent.
Forced remote support disconnection The customer can temporarily suspend the control right of the agent.

Closing/Release of the agent’s control right The customer can close or release the control right of the agent.
Questionnaire survey of customer satisfaction level The customer can evaluate the result of the agent’s counseling.  
Clipboard Text clipboard export or import The texts are transmitted between the agent’s PC and customer's PC.
Image clipboard export or import The image is transmitted between the agent’s PC and customer's PC.
Unicode Unicode (UTF-16) 4uHelp supports the Unicode and consequently the OS in multiple languages. For example even when you install Korean version 4uHelp on the Japanese OS, the characters are displayed properly.
Color support True color mode is supplied. True color mode is applied as the basic color mode during remote connections for clear remote support.
Multiple monitor Multiple monitor support The multi-monitors connected with the customer’s PC and agent’s PC are supported.
Individual monitor selection It is possible to control the intended monitor by selecting a whole view or selective view of the customer's PC monitor.
Agent management Agent addition The administrator adds the agent.  
Agent deletion The administrator deletes the agent.  
Agent change The administrator changes the agent.  
Statistics Agent Counseling statistics are provided for each agent.  
Period Counseling statistics are provided for each period.  
Date Counseling statistics are provided for each date.  
Time zone Counseling statistics are provided for each time zone.  
OS support Windows OS support All the OSs are provided excluding those for mobile Windows and Windows 98. (Including 32bit, 64 bit and Windows Server 2008)
Network support Static IP / Floating IP / Private IP Static IP, Floating IP and Private IP environments are supported.
VPN / Firewall / Proxy server Firewall, proxy server, and VPN environments are supported.  
Relay server Independent relay server Installation An independent remote support system is operated with the construction of exclusive relay servers for customers.  
DDos protection module plug-in 4uHelp relay server software is connected with the module to defend against Ddos.  
Automatic port allocation When “n” physical/logical relay servers are operated, the ports are automatically divided in order to prevent possible load concentrations in specific ports.  
agent’s PC Mac address registration The MAC addresses of agent PCs are registered in the relay servers so that remote support is permitted to registered agents.  
Logical relay server operation For a set of hardware, “n” logical relay servers are operated.  
Automatic load distribution The load is automatically distributed to “n” logical relay servers.  
4uHelp Security AES 256 algorithm Powerful security is provided with application of an AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 bit algorithm.
All data encryption All the data including screens and files are transmitted after encoding.
File transfer list monitoring The list of all the transmitted files is monitored on the customer’s PC screen when they are transmitted.
agent’s PC Mac address registration The MAC addresses of agent PCs are registered in the relay servers so that remote support is permitted to registered agents.  
Remote connection security When the agent accesses the customer’s PC, the connection is permitted after consent by the customer.
Forced remote support disconnection The customer may simply terminate remote support with force during the remote support provided by the agent.
Connection log The log files of the IP address, access time, termination time, and provided services of the agent accessed on the customer’s PC are generated in order to identify the access situation and connection information.
